1
Terra - With all the different versions of 'Terra' in the game, this is her real theme. If you were to ask anyone who has played Final Fantasy VI what song stuck out the most, chances are it's 'Terra'. Not only does it sound good, but I think it's appropriate to say that this is the most memorable song in the OST or in the game.
5/5
2
Coin Song - A slower, more emotional version of 'Edgar and Mash'. Not as good, but at the same time it can be said to be better because it's not as repetitive.
3.5/5
3
Techno De Chocobo - What's Final Fantasy without Chocobo's or their themes? Tradition is a very important part in the Final Fantasy series, so I dont think we'll ever see a Final Fantasy without at least one of those little yellow furry things. Not a band tune, either.
3.5/5
4
Forever Rachel - For a second into the song, it sounds like there's going to be another rendition of 'Terra', but thankfully it isn't. A very thought provoking tune. This is played with the scenes with Locke and Rachel.
5/5
5
Slam Shuffle - A very catchy tune played at the scenes at Zozo. Fits the town perfectly, I think.
4/5
6
Spinach Rag - Played during some scenes at cafe's and stuff. It's nice, but not my type of music...has that 1920's feel to it. I'm sure others will like it though.
2/5
7
Overture - This is one of the four songs that are involved with the scenes at the opera house parts of the game. Overture starts out weak, but near the end it really picks up.
3/5
8
Aria Di Mezzo Carattere - Ah, who could forget the scene where the opera floozy, Celes, actually takes part in the opera. I would say this is probably the second most famous track on this OST (first being Terra). The start of Aria really reminds me of Aerith's theme from Final Fantasy VII for some reason.
5/5
9
The Wedding Waltz - Weird but at the same time catchy. Sounds like some sort of waltz to me.
3/5
10
Grand Finale - The last opera track is my least favourite. Just doesn't go anywhere.
2/5
11
Setzer - Kind of a hard track to describe, but it does describe Setzer very well. This track can also be heard when you're inside the Blackjack.
4/5
12
Johnny C Bad - Same with 'Spinach Rag', this isn't my type of music...instead of a 1920's feel to it, it has a late 50's early 60's feel to it.
2/5
13
The Empire - Dark and atmospheric. Perfect for any megalomaniac.
4/5
14
Devil's_Lab - A weird funky track, and like most of the songs in Final Fantasy VI, it's very catchy.
5/5
15
Blackjack - A perfect airship/flight song. This is the part of the game were you can freely go wherever you want, and with this track you actually feel 'free'.
5/5
16
?? - There always has to be one humorous track in a Final Fantasy OST, and '???' is no exception; it's weird, funky and catchy.
4/5
17
Mog - The main theme for the coolest dancing moogle ever, Mog. Makes you want to dance, huh?
4/5
18
Strago - I could of swore I heard something similar to this song on one of the earlier tracks. It's pretty weak for a character theme, but it's nice.
2.5/5
19
Relm - Whoa, there sure are a lot of characters in this game. Relm has a very nice theme, it's slow and soothing... give it a listen, I'm sure you'll enjoy it!
4/5
20
Another World Of Beasts - I love tracks like this. It's not quite ambiance, but pretty close. Perfect for the world of espers.
5/5
